Maria Montessori focused on the triad of adult, child, and the environment. At The Bandu Montessori Academy, we focus on this triad as our Guides thoughtfully prepare the child's environment attending to their need for exploration, purposeful movement, order, and knowledge.

Infants’ Nest

2 months-17 months

From birth, the child is an active participate in seeking out knowledge. Our Guides foster this need in creating an environment that encourages exploration, purposeful movement, order, and trust.

Toddlers live in a world all their own and are not afraid to let us know! Our Guides are careful to prepare an environment that is safe and supports the child's drive for independence.

4-7 years

The phase of imagination and exploration can be a powerful one. Our Guides understand this and equip the child with tools that support the child’s natural inquisition to learn. Being able to find answers to their own questions is a skill that prepares them for life.
